Our mission at the Muslim Advocacy for Prisoners is to ensure that Muslim prisoners are treated with fairness and respect, and that their religious rights are upheld. We believe that all individuals, regardless of their background, have the right to practice their religion freely and without discrimination.
We are committed to advocating for the rights of Muslim prisoners, including their access to Halal food, prayer spaces, and religious literature. We work to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by Muslim prisoners, such as Islamophobia and discrimination, and to promote a more just and equitable criminal justice system.
Through education, outreach, and advocacy, we aim to empower Muslim prisoners and their families, and to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of the diversity of the Muslim community. We believe that by working together with other organizations and stakeholders, we can create a more compassionate and just society that respects the rights and dignity of all people, including those who are incarcerated.
